Magmin

Description

The beginning of the third age saw a closer relationship to the plane of fire. So close was the connection that an enormous magma elemental was able to enter the world through the Fields of Lava. Magmin quickly arrived through the connection and set up residence. The Magmin on the world of Near Moon sink into their pools of lava utilizing the protection of their natural environments rather than building towns and walls. They have mastered the art of Fire Magic.

Size: Magmin are Small creatures and thus gain a +1 size bonus to their AC, a +1 size bonus on attack rolls, a –1 penalty to their Combat Maneuver Bonus and Combat Maneuver Defense, and a +4 size bonus on Stealth checks.

Elemental Weapons: Magmin deal 1d6 points of fire damage whenever they strike a foe with a natural attack, unarmed strike, or melee weapon.

Stub

This entry is a stub. Magmin were created toward the end of our session and have had few advancements. The race was significantly reduced in power, but remains at 20RP. This means that a single character in a party should have little effect on challenge level but that a party of Magmin should face encounters roughly 1 level higher than their APL for the first five levels.
As a stub some sections were left blank instead of removal for easy editing.
The DM recommends considering the replacement or edit of this race as it may not be what the creator desired.
